Graham Jarvis MA, Media-Insert’s founder, is a freelance business and technology journalist. He is the former freelance editor of the newsletter of the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s Technology Group (CIMTech International), The Marketing Leaders, TheWhereBusiness (MforMobile), and has guest edited other online magazines – including BT Insightexec and mycustomer.com (now CX Today).
